When:- Monday term-time 6 pm to 7 pm

Who:- SYD Juniors - P1 to P4 age group

Our Junior sessions....

are run on a Monday night from 6.00pm to 7.00 pm during term time and currently include ages from P1 - P4.

Our sessions are fun and exciting with an overall emphasis on learning through play using teamwork, co-operation and listening.

We encourage creativity through games, role-play and movement using achievable projects that all our members thoroughly enjoy and leave wanting more.

Through fun games and exercises they will be introduced to voice and movement skills and have fun creating their own characters and stories or exploring existing ones. They’ll have the chance to experiment with props and costume, work with masks and get creative.

Confidence building is related to everything we do!

Our Junior Productions....

Our Junior team have taken part in many productions and shows where the whole of the SYD Company have been involved and our Juniors have always had so much fun doing this.

We also have smaller shows and sharings of our projects and work throughout the year for parents, grandparents and the community to enjoy, often with a cup of tea and cake on a Sunday afternoon.

There is absolutely no pressure for any child who does not feel ready or does not fancy being on stage.

Every encouragement is given to each child for even the smallest role, all children will be ready for the stage in their own time, if at all. Some children take great delight in helping behind the scenes and that is absolutely fine, whatever works for them!

All whilst having the best fun!

Our taster sessions....

We would encourage any child who fancies giving SYD a go, to come along and join in on one of our sessions, see if it's a fit for you and your child. It would also give us a chance to chat and answer any questions you may have.
